The new Kreativ Sounds has a RSS feed for some time now, but it was hidden in our Community page and many of you may not have discover it. Now I made it more visible by putting an icon link (
) to our RSS feed right in the menu bar.
So what is a RSS feed? The RSS (now at version 2.0) initials stands for Really Simple Syndication. Basically with an RSS feed you can read new from your favorite websites using a feed reader or aggregator. The feed reader checks your feeds regularly for new content, downloading any news available.
I think the RSS feeds are a lot better then the newsletters. Why? Well there are some important advantages:
- You can read all the news from your favorites websites in one place with your feed reader and that’s saves a lot of time;
- No spam, no email address management, no stupid email filters, no space limit;
- Unsubscribe anytime you want and stay unsubscribe (unlike when you try to unsubscribe from email spam);
- Less headaches for the publishers to reach the audience, more time for writing good articles
- RSS is a democratic system and brings good karma for the user and the publisher.
What I’ve said is not new and you might already use the RSS technology to read your news. But if you don’t, then you have to try, you’ll love it!
Important: I decided to delete the database with all the users subscribed to Kreativ Sounds Newsletter in the past and I want to THANK YOU for that, but we have to move on with the new technologies and if still want to stay updated to Kreativ Sounds news, then please can use our new RSS News feeds. Click the big icon below to do it!

Note: These days all the important browsers (IE7, Firefox, Safari) already have the ability to read feeds implemented by default.
I don’t know if BASStard Lite is a success or not, but I can say it is HOT … Why?
We had over 1100 downloads in 14 days, that means about 78 downloads per day. For some other type of software this is not much, but for a reason refill it’s great.
Now that we know BASStard Lite is HOT, we also want to know if it’s good …
So, please share with your impressions, suggestions or criticism on BASStard Lite … this is only version 1.0, so it is room for improvements.

Day by day things are getting some shapes around the new version (3.0) of this website. The downloads and community pages have been updated a bit, also 4 new links has been added to the links section.
If you are a reason user I recommend that you download our new reason refill. If you already have BASStard Lite please let us know what you think about it …
I know there are many more things to be done around here, but I’m gonna ask anyway … What are your first impressions on the new design for Kreativ Sounds?

No answer it seems, even though we are now at version 3.2 of the site 
After a three-weeks period of going ‘under maintenance‘ we are finally back online with a much needed new look, but also with a new product line. About three months ago we made the decision to change Kreativ Sounds.
So, what’s new on the new website:
- we switched to Wordpress, a highly customizable script which will help us keep the Kreativ Sounds website in good shape over time!
- a new product line that, we hope, will meet what all the audio professionals and, also, all audio hobbyist, needs.
- as I write, a new theme for the forum is in the works as well as many fixes that will keep the spammers out!
The site is still buggy and still being populated with informations. We will add in time all the info from the old site as well as new stuff. Please be patient for now!
Finally, I want to say THANK YOU! to everybody for using our sounds and I promise there will be more shortly!
